In her new role, Sabina is responsible for developing a sustainable portfolio construction framework, with a specific focus on investing in innovative ventures in Victoria, aimed towards making a positive impact for the state. Her expertise in portfolio management, fundamental and ethical investing will play a crucial role in fostering innovation for Breakthrough Victoria.

Sabina’s educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Science in Banking and Finance from Queen Mary, University of London, and Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Economics and Finance from Institute of Business Management in Pakistan.
