Global Investment Institute congratulates Shannon Reilly on his promotion to the position Head of Equities, Pacific at Mercer.
He has been promoted from his role, Senior Portfolio Manager where he had responsibility for the management and oversight of Mercer’s domestic and global equity portfolios, including manager selection and portfolio construction decisions.
Shannon is based in Melbourne and joined Mercer in January 2012. Prior to joining Mercer he spent three years at the Department of Planning and Community Development as a project officer and community infrastructure grants program coordinator.
Shannon holds a Master of Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University, and a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology.
Shannon is a member of Global Investment Institute’s Advisory Committee for our Equities Investment Forum. As a member of our Advisory Committee, Shannon generously takes the time to provide input and assist us in shaping the agenda to help ensure the relevance of the themes and topics discussed to leading, senior institutional investors who attend our events.
