Global Investment Institute congratulates Susan Orr on her promotion to Deputy CIO at Hostplus.
Hostplus is one of the largest super funds in Australia with A$115 billion in funds under management and over 1.8 million members.
Prior to her promotion, Susan held the role of Head of Investment Research and Real Assets for the past 8 months. She brings extensive experience from her previous position as Head of Infrastructure Research at JANA Investment Advisers, where she worked for over 12 years. Before that, Susan was a Senior Associate in the Infrastructure, Utilities, and Renewables Group at Macquarie Capital, and also has experience as an Economic Researcher at ACIL Tasman.
Susan graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce, Finance and Economics, and a Bachelor of Science, Mathematics and Statistics.
