GII congratulates Georgina Dudley on her promotion as the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of JANA, effective from 1 December 2022. This follows from the decision of the current CEO, Jim Lamborn to step back from the position, a role he has held since 2015. Jim will remain a senior member of JANA’s management team in the role of Executive Director.

Until her promotion, Georgina was the General Manager, Strategy & Innovation at JANA. She has more than 20 years’ experience in investment advice and strategy and has been with JANA for fourteen years across key leadership roles. Her speciality lies in business strategy and innovation, where she has played a central role in embedding technology-enabled resources to improve client outcomes and leading broader strategic initiatives, including a greater focus on sustainability.

JANA has been providing customised global consulting to Australian and New Zealand investors for more than 30 years and is a leading asset consulting business in the region.
