Evidentia Group is a boutique asset consultant, building and managing investment portfolios for a select group of Australia’s leading Private Wealth firms.
In her role as Head of Manager Research, Jo has responsibility for the manager research and portfolio construction process, as a key member of the investment team. Jo also has a focus on packaging and communicating her proprietary manager research findings to ensure the team’s asset consultants and partner advice firms receive exclusive, timely and high value insights.
Prior to joining Evidentia Group, Jo was responsible for managing AU$70 billion in Australian and Global Equities at Aware Super, one of Australia’s largest institutional investors. During her time at Aware Super in the role of Portfolio Manager – Growth Assets, Jo oversaw manager research, manager selection, portfolio construction, implementation, and portfolio performance across Aware Super’s set of listed equity portfolios.
Jo is one of the leading investment professionals in the Australian market and has over 19 years of experience in investment research and management. Her extensive experience includes manager research, selection and analysis, and portfolio construction. Jo also has significant experience and skills in researching and analysing ESG risks and opportunities as part of the investment process.
Jo is qualified as a CFA Charterholder and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham in the UK.
