GII congratulates Steward Tan on his appointment as the Head of Markets, Asset Allocation at Cbus Super, the AU$67 billion superannuation fund for the construction industry.

In his new role, Steward is responsible for developing an investment strategy at the asset allocation level for Cbus diversified investment options and enhancing the fund's dynamic asset allocation process.

Steward joins from Victorian Funds Management Corporation (VFMC) where he spent close to 15 years, most recently in the role Senior Portfolio Manager. He has a long and successful track record in managing global macro multi-asset portfolios across equities, fixed income, currencies and complex derivatives.
